In 1961 Marty Moyer was born in the Panama Canal Zone where her father was a Colonel in the army. She, her two brothers and parents moved from army base to army base every two years. She drew pictures and gave them to classmates and kids in the neighborhood as a method to quickly make friends and to settle into new schools.
She always doodled and drew pictures but she spent much of her life in theater, dancing, singing and dabbling in stand-up comedy and waiting tables. Finally she went to back College and became a high school math teacher. After enjoying classroom teens and spreading the laws of mathematics, she retired and is currently writing, drawing and performing autobiographical stories.
